Q: How do I change my password?
Login and proceed to "Change Account Info". You will be prompted for your current and your desired new password.

Q: Whom do I contact and what information do you need me to send when I discover that there is a problem with your Web site?
If you experience a problem navigating our sites, please email dgcirculation@dglobe.com describing it in as much detail as possible, including the steps you take leading up to it, how often it occurs, and the exact text of any error message that you receive. The information you provide will help us to find a solution more quickly.

Q. What should I do if I am having difficulty logging in to the electronic edition?
1) If you have forgotten your username and password, click the link on the left side of the screen.
2) Passwords are case sensitive - check the caps lock.
3) We may not have your current phone number. Type in your email address and password instead of your phone number.
4 ) Your subscription may have expired. You can re-subscribe to the electronic edition by clicking on the Subscribe Now! button on the left side of the main page.

Q. I get an error message or the electronic edition page does not seem to load. What should I do?
Check that you are not running any popup killer, content control applications or personal firewalls. If you are, temporarily disable them and check again. Personal firewalls should be removed completely in order to conduct the test since some of them continue to work even if disabled (such as Zone Alarm).

Q. How do I select the largest print size for articles?
Articles open in a second window when you click on the headline. In the second window, click view and select quick view. Click view again and select largest.

Q. Why is there an empty box on the page of the electronic edition?
An advertiser has chosen not to place their ad in the electronic edition of The Daily Globe.

Q. How much does the electronic edition of The Daily Globe cost?
A subscription to the electronic edition of The Daily Globe is only $12.50 per month! A subscription gives you access to the electronic edition of The Daily Globe everyday, and the ability to read up to seven days of back issues.

Q. What's the difference between the electronic edition of The Daily Globe and www.dglobe.com?
The electronic edition is a complete replica of the printed edition of The Daily Globe. It includes all the same news, photos, classified ads, display ads, stocks quotes, box scores, and special sections as the printed edition. The electronic edition of The Daily Globe is a subscriber-based service. Www.dglobe.com does not include all of the stories printed in The Daily Globe each day.

Q. What do you do with the personal information collected when I sign up for the electronic edition?
Your personal information is for internal use only, and is NOT sold or shared with outside parties.
